You can cancel your booking at any time by emailing offer@airporttransferoslo.com. Cancellation charges may apply according to our supplier's policy, detailed in the 'Terms and Conditions' section of our website.
Cancellations can be made online up until the day of the transfer. If canceled more than 24 hours before the booked transfer, a €10.00 administration fee (or €5.00 per booking leg) will apply, with the rest of the booking value refunded if paid. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the transfer or in case of a 'no show' will incur a 100% cancellation charge.
Amendments should be made at least three days prior to travel.
The confirmed price covers either a one-way or return transfer, depending on your booking choice. A return ticket includes both arrival and departure journeys for the selected route. Shared shuttle services are priced per passenger, while private vehicles are priced per vehicle.
The total price includes all gratuities and tolls, so no additional tipping is required. Extra charges may apply for child seats (if available), excess luggage, and sports equipment. For more details, please check the relevant sections on our website.
Instant Driver AS is an online booking agent. After you complete your booking, the details are sent electronically to a local supplier at your destination. The contract is between you and the supplier, who will verify the details and provide the transfer according to our Terms and Conditions. Ensure all booking information is accurate. Your booking voucher is generated and emailed to you after reservation. Carry the voucher, either printed or on your mobile device, on the travel day. Without it, the local supplier may refuse service.
The voucher includes the passenger's name, pricing information, route details, and instructions for arrival and departure, along with the supplier's contact information.
Private transfers: We aim to provide door-to-door service. However, local regulations may sometimes restrict this, in which case, the driver will drop off and pick up at the nearest accessible location. We do not handle luggage during the transfer.
Shared shuttle transfers: We strive for door-to-door service for shared shuttles but may be restricted by local regulations. In such cases, drop-offs and pick-ups will be at the nearest accessible location. Note that shared shuttle transfers are not provided to private addresses, villas, timeshare apartments, rural hotels, or campsites. Our suppliers can drop you at a nearby hotel if specified as your destination.
Instructions for locating your transport are included on your booking voucher. It is crucial to have the voucher to meet the supplier representative or driver. If you can't locate them, call the supplier's number provided on your voucher. No refunds will be given if you don't show proof of contact attempts.
We offer a 60-minute wait time for delays. Our drivers track your flight or train and adjust the pickup time accordingly. In the rare event of a significant delay where our driver cannot wait, we will contact you with an alternative solution. For further assistance, reach out to offer@airporttransferoslo.com.
Your credit card is charged within 24 to 48 hours after booking. We pre-authorize the funds, and if you cancel without a charge, the authorization will be reversed, and no charge will be applied.
Prices include all taxes, gratuities, and fees, and are determined based on the vehicle type.

Report any lost items to the local lost property department. The driver will submit any items left in the vehicle to this department at the end of their shift.
If your address is incorrect, email offer@airporttransferoslo.com with your incorrect and correct address. We will update your address in our system promptly.
